ALLOT THE TIME TO TASK 

You could have half hour slot for every task. Eventually make the task subject to time .

FILL GAPS WITH BRAIN BREAKS

Make sure you have breaks in between ideal 10 minutes gap to rejuvenate is enough .Here you can do leisure or physical activities.

ATTACH POSITIVE AFFIRMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

You can look up at google for the quotes and thoughts to inspire and motivation . Put up on wall or mirror.
